INTRODUCTION

Although nine holes, the course with alternate tees presents a challenging 18 hole test which many golfers have underestimated at their peril. Even though it is on the edge of Cowes and surrounded by houses or the High School, the course is an oasis of peace and quiet occasionally interrupted by the antics of red squirrels and a variety of other wild life, from pheasants to foxes and the occasional hawk.
